The staff was really helpful and competent and delivered perfect service. The location was perfect and lovely for traveling around Lazise, close enough to Lake Garda and old city of Laziste, central Lazise and the garden.

The hotel's elegant decor and beautiful design made me feel like royalty during my stay. The general areas were easily accessible and senior-friendly, with comfortable seating and well-lit hallways. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in creating a welcoming atmosphere for people of all ages.

I wish there had been more assistance available from the children working there to help senior guests enjoy their vacation even more. Just a little extra support and understanding would have made the experience even better for us older folks.

location: the hotel was just next door to gardens and bus stops and the lake garda and gardaland. there was gem's brew pub, located nearby, where we relaxed. our room was nicely furnished and brand-new with 2 bedrooms and the overall experience was pleasant. the breakfast was awesome and the parking was on-site.

I appreciated this hotel and would stay here again when visiting Lazise. the setting is excellent and unbeatable, right by Palazzo della Scala, Lazise, all the shops and restaurants inside and bus stops. - the restaurant serves hot Italian food.

Enjoyed the tranquility of the sandy-bottom pool and the medieval charm of the area. The lounge bar had great wines and cocktails. The panoramic lift was a cool touch.

So nice of the hotel to provide a soundtrack of motorcycles and ambulances at night. Really added to the ambience.

our second stay in lazise exceeded our expectations. spacious and clean apartment, comfy beds and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. friendly staff and memorable coffee gestures. impressive breakfast with gluten-free options. perfect pool area with plenty of loungers. lazise town and gelato were lovely.
